While we try to be as complete as possible in our descriptions, it is not possible to give every tidbit of information available for every plant we sell. If you have specific concerns, i.e. you avoid toxic plants because you have children who eat everything around, please contact us with your questions, preferably before you place your order and certainly before we ship your plants to you, or take advantage of the plethora of information now available on the internet.

We guarantee that your plants will be healthy when shipped and true to name. We have purchased more plants by mail order than most people on the planet and we have observed and taken note of many different packing methods. We personally pack your plants with the greatest of care.
If you are dissatisfied with your shipment, you must contact us in writing ( by fax, e-mail or mail) within three (3) days of receipt and we will handle each claim on a case-by-case basis. Damaged leaves or blooms will not be a basis for refund or replacement. We cannot be responsible for your growing conditions, weather, animal damage or other factors out of our control. In no event will we be responsible for more than the cost of the plant. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Plants become your property when delivered to the carrier. If your plants arrive damaged in shipping, you must notify the carrier as well as us.
